What we collect

When you submit an inquiry or apply for a wholesale account we collect the business details you provide: company name, contact name, job title, email address, phone number, business and delivery addresses, business type and any tax registration number you supply.

For customers with portal access we also hold account settings, order history, order messages and sign-in records.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, assess and administer wholesale accounts, process and fulfil orders, issue confirmations and invoices, and keep you informed about the status of your orders. We do not sell your information.

How we protect it

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and are never held in readable form. The portal is served over HTTPS, sessions expire after a period of inactivity, and access is restricted so that each business can see only its own pricing, orders and account data.

Retention

Order and invoice records are retained as long as required for business and tax purposes. Inquiry records are retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your account details, or to provide a copy of the information we hold about your business, by contacting us. Transactional messages about your orders are part of the service and are not marketing email.
