Wholesale accounts
Wholesale accounts are opened at ICEC's discretion following review of an application. Pricing tier, payment terms and any credit limit are set by ICEC per account. Access may be suspended where terms are not met.
Pricing and confidentiality
Wholesale pricing shown in the customer portal is confidential to the account it is issued to and must not be shared outside your business.
Orders
Submitting an order through the portal is a request, not an accepted contract. An order is binding only once ICEC confirms it. ICEC may adjust quantities, pricing or delivery dates before confirmation, subject to agreement with you, or decline an order.
Delivery and payment
Delivery method, timing and charges are agreed per customer. Payment is due on the terms assigned to your account and quoted on each invoice.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping portal credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your sign-in. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
